Scored my e30 for 3k, might not sound like a super deal but it did have 27,xxx original miles on it and the factory set of tires still on it.

There was a guy that bought an e30 m3 for under $1k a few years back. Think it was like $300 or something

Things are starting to come together for this car. I have installed a new clutch, slave cylinder, timing belt kit, water pump, and now just waiting on the pelican parts fairy to deliver a few more things.

Don't you let that Pelican parts fairy in your house, he is very persuasive.

At $200 I was afraid of what I'd see when I looked at this thread. Actually a very solid car. I bought my first e30 for $500, and yours is much nicer

I got the timing belt, water pump, thermostat, distrubutor cap and rotor all installed this weekend thanks to agent, chondamx and Ether-D. We discovered that the oil pan gasket is completely blown so waiting on the pelican to bring a new one.

I finally got this car on the road this week. It runs great!! It drives nice and smooth but I am going to have to get rid of the stock suspension.
