Well, I never thought I would come to this, but its time to let go of my zinno E30. It runs and drives great, but has cosmetic flaws. The interior is in great shape and it's mechanically sound. The odometer stopped at 221,000 miles recently when I purchased it. Reason I'm selling is because I don't want to deal with the rear end body work and paint. The damage is visible in the pictures (rear driver side quarter panel)
The good:
- Strong running M20 with 5 speed manual (rebuilt a couple of years ago)
- Bilstein struts with H&R sport springs (springs are cut in the front, less than a year old) - bouncy ride
- Turner camber plates
- Turner Conforti performance chip
- 325e steering rack (6 years ago)
- Shifter selector rod and bushings (4 years ago)
- Headgasket (head resurfaced) (3 years ago)
- Water pump with aluminum impeller (3 years ago)
- Timing belt replaced (3 years ago)
- 4 valves replaced (3 years ago)
- Bosch Spark plugs (1 month ago)
- Radiator (3 years ago)
- Radiator high pressure hose (6 months ago)
- Tear free leather sport seats!
- New AFM
- Mtech 2 steering wheel
- 16x9 BBS reps
- New tires all around
- 20% Tint
- Kenwood Deck and 12" Subwoofer
- Crack free dash! (not installed)
- 3.73 original LSD
- Blacked out trim and grill
- Can throw in Eibach springs for the right price
The bad:
Paint is in bad shape (a bad partial respray by previous owner)
Salvaged title from rear quarter panel damage
Dent on driver side door (new zinno door included)
No AC
Power locks stopped working
Power steering fluid leak
Idle hesitates below 2k RPM (possibly the ICV)
Really hoping someone can continue this cars legacy as I would love to see it redone one day. Posting on R3v first, then going on Craigslist later this week. Located in Portland Oregon.
