Anyone in the Bay Help Me Please!

Hey guys, this is a message to any e30 handy guys here in the bay area. I was planning on ordering coilovers (Megan) but my problem is the cutting and welding, i dont have the tools nor the knowledge. Was wondering if anyone here in bay would be willing to do it! If necesarry willing to pay. If your kind enough to do it no charge you still get a free lunch
