Is this light supposed to work on my dash?
There is a fog light indicator on the left side of the cluster. It is white, but I think it should light up. It is white like the oil and battery warning that then lights red. I believe this should light green. My car does not have a bulb in this socket. So, I put a known good bulb in and it did not light. I used the bulb for the brake lining light. The fogs work perfect. Is this thing supposed to light?

Yes, should light up green.

Hmmm, is there anyway to fix it? It has not had a bulb in it for the last 10 years. Even with a good bulb it did not light.

Your foglight switch may be dead...Does it still turn the fogs on?
