    will the dual exhaust from an I it an ETA?

    Yes bolt's right up, also make sure to get the I exhuast manifolds.

        Do you really need the I manifolds? they look the same to me, except maybe the i flows better.

                  Ive seen pics of the 2 side by side over on e30 tech, they were identical...

                  Not to doubt you or anything this is just the only side by side pics I have seen thus far.

                    I've hard 4 eta engines in the garage all pre 86 and the Manifolds have a step in them where as the I are smooth flowing. And yes both downpipes are interchangable.
