UUC Short Shift Kit

Those of you with the UUC race short shift kit:

1. How do you like it?
2. Do you worth it's pricey cost?
3. Did you have to bend the selector rod?

I like it. I can't compare it to anything else since I don't have experience with others. Short, tight shifts, kinda notchy. I bought it used for $75, otherwise I would have gone with z3 or mz3 kit, or whatever the concensus on these boards is. So, it's probably not worth the cost, but I got a deal. I did bend the selector rod as a precaution, but don't know if it was really necessary. Bending the rod is easy with a vice and a few sockets, so it shouldn't really factor into your decision.

I'm prob going to go with either the Z4 2.5 SSK or Z4 3.0 SSK. The UUC is just way too expensive!
