New to the DFW TX area, who else is here?

I moved to the Dallas area this month and was wondering who else was in the area. Any local gatherings?

dont know about the cool part but whatever

ive been trying to get a r3v only meet for sometime

As time went on, the factory developed the car each year, making it faster, more comfortable, and capable of handling at higher speeds.

Hah, I'm from Louisiana. This is comfortable compared to what I'm used to.;)

I see you have a GTO. How do you like it overall? I might be buying an '06 so I'd love to hear any feedback about it.

Sounds good to me, I don't know the area too well yet so I'll let someone else choose the location.

There is a big car get together out in Frisco at Cruizers on Monday nights 8:30 to 11 or so. I've went the last 2 weeks and there were 250+ cars there. BMWs there, Ford GT's, Vipers, Ferrari's, Lambo's, VW's, Domestic, you name it, lots of pretty girls too.

Sounds interesting, but thats farther than I'd want to drive on a weeknight.

Yeah, worth seeing once though. Im not driving as far as you are though, Im coming from Denton. Oh, I sold the GTO, I need to update my signature. I got tired of it and just didn't drive it. It sat in the garage all the time. It was a nice, well built car. The gas mileage sucked though, never got above 19 mpg in it, even with the cruise set and driving to houston. I traded it in for a 06 Cobalt SS Supercharged.
