I have a 95 m3 and I have no idea why it's not starting. I replaced the fuel pump as well as the main DME and fuel pump relay. All I know is the fuel pump is not turning on. The car will just crank. Doing a stomp test reveals code 1281. I want to check and see if my DME is ok.
I was wondering if someone had a silver 413 or a red 506 DME laying around that I could try swapping out to see if that's the issue. I have a Turner chip with I believe EWSII delete so a silver one should be fine if you have it.
Let me know, I'm terrible at diagnosis. The car died on me while driving, had to get it towed, now I'm trying to figure this out.
