It's so sad, I remember the good old days when you were able to find LSDs in the yards. Now it's just a bunch of clapped out E36s.

Ryan, why do you always have a meet when I can't be there??

And my bronzit is down again... puking coolant out like crazy, steam out of the bleed screw and I don't know why!!
New water pump and thermostat, flushed radiator, used my special "AirLift" tool to remove all the air from the system, Still.... steam and overheating.

Any ideas... plugged heater core or control valve trapping air in the system?
or worse, cracked head!? Bummed out

How about a block test to check for HC's in cooling system? Could have a blown head gasket or cracked head. Any excess pressure in system at idle?

Also check radiator return bleed hose for flow. If it's not returning to the bottle you have a restriction on radiator or expansion tank and that can also cause overheating

runs great and idles perfect!, even when hot... No white smoke or smell.

I have the front of the car up on stands, open the bleed screw and just get air (steam) until she overheats and blows coolant out of the expansion tank.
No pressure in the cooling system until the engine gets hot, no coolant flow to the lower radiator hose even with a new thermostat (cold hose), at least it doesn't look like I have flow??

Again, new water pump and thermostat.

Open bleed screw and fill coolant bottle until in comes out of screw. Possibly need to remove thermostat and drill tiny bleed hole at top of it to aid in flow and bleeding. Might just have large air pocket trapped at water pump. Should have steady coolant flow from bleed screw!
