    Motronic 1.0 with 731 head?

I've got a 731 head installed on my eta and was planning to run motronic 1.3 but decided to just use 1.0. I'm just concerned about it running too rich or too lean with such a different camshaft. It is the early b20 cam, which if memory serves me has around the same duration as a b25 cam but with much less lift. I really don't know how it all works and if the computer can make the necessary adjustments. Just don't want to do any damage.

Alternatively I will just have my spare eta head refreshed and use that and then sell the 731 head. I really don't care about performance at this point, just want it running properly. Thanks for any help.

SSquid can make you a custom chip.

The main advantages of the 731 is that is breaths better, you can raise the redline above the etas (and motronic 1.0) limit due to the 7 cam bearings and dual valve springs. If you are still running 1.0 your choice of injectors is limited, as is the engines ability to take advantage of the 731 so def get in touch w Jesse (SSSquid) to see what he can do.
