    WTB 1984 318i M10 Engine or Full m42 Swap.

    My current m10 blew up and I don't really want to rebuild it, so if anyone has a spare running m10 laying around ready for direct swap hit me up.

    I'm think of doing an m42 swap, but only if everything's there. I need to get this car back up and running ASAP

    Located in the Bay.

    What about a complete M40B18 (Euro 1.8 SOHC). pulled it last week from my 1990 touring here in the states. 150k miles. spotlessly clean, ran perfect. complete with full accessories, harness, ECU, hoses etc etc etc etc. uses M42 exhaust/cooling system components. M42 block/pan with a SOHC belt-driven head on it.

    $300+freight for the whole enchilada. I have a G240, drive shaft avail as well but the flywheel/clutch is gone.

      I don't have a whole m42 ready to swap in but I have ALOT of m42 parts.

        super interested in your guys' offers, but I'm still just hoping for a direct m10 swap.

        I'm not a super savvy wrencher nor do I have a ton of free time to learn to do a full swap but if the deal is good, I guess now is a good time to learn!

          Wish you weren't across the world... I have a 91 318 that is getting an LS. I'm trying to sell the full M42 set up but I'm on the east coast.
