So i'm getting things prepared to finally start reassembling my engine and i'm doing research about connections blowing out on the intake manifold when under boost so i decided to go and take a look at my m50 manifold for my M52 engine.
upon looking at it, it appears to have been converted to run m52 PCV, IAT etc already through the use of an aluminium plate.
Does this look correct to you guys?
Based on this, i dont seem to have it IACV port that usually has issues blowing out. It's been blocked off by this plate. Further, it contains a snap lock connection to house the OBD2 IAT sensor.
Think this will be fine to run under boost?
