16x8 +0... what do I need to not require insane fender hackage? Is +0 too low?

        Thanks!
205/40 square or 195/40 205/40 stagger. 205 fronts will require rolling the front fenders, rears have to be rolled regardless.

Tiny tires like 195/45 and fender rolling. I personally think it's WAY too low and looks terrible, but that's just my grumpy opinion. If you want flush, buy 9"+ wheels and do it right.

Looking at running a set of Rota Slip Streams, 16x8 ET40. I am guessing a small spacer will be required? 1989 325I 4x100 on HR Sport springs with Bilstien Sports.

I'm thinking about some 16x8s with +20 offset on my 86 ES:

Do 225/45/16s need rolling for lowered fender clearance or covering poke or both?

Can 245/45/16s clear everything if I get adventurous?

Also thinking about 15x8 +15 wheels, would 225/45/15s work in that case?

                  20mm spacers all around.

225/45s will work with no roll on an early car as long as it's not too low. For slamming, it'll need to be rolled.

245/45 will work if it's not low, has a high spring rate (600lb+) and with a fender roll. Rear only.

15" setup will work fine, yup.

Oops, 15X8 ET 40. After looking for available tires I wish they were 16's.

Quick question, I am looking for a similiar stretch, going from 16x9 (215/40/16) to a 16x8. I am leaning towards a 205/45/16 to achieve a similiar look, but reading the specs on tire rack, the overall diameter appears that I will increase the overall diameter by a little bit. Not a terrible thing imo, the 215/40/16 felt a little short anyways. Does the 205 45 seem like a good move?

Thanks! Update: Used 10mm hubcentric spacers, which required slightly re-contouring the bevel at the edge of the hubcentric part of the hub to kill a wobble condition. Anyway, now there's ~5mm clearance between the tire sidewall and the strut. I don't think a 5mm spacer would have done it. Fender clearance not a problem, but I have HR/OE sport springs which are taller than what most guys are running.

                                Hi Jay,

What size of spacer and tires would you recommend:
                                16x7.5 et35
                                1989 vert with M3 springs

I am currently running 15x7.5 et 25 and would like to maintain the same look but with a 16x7.5 rims. Thank you!
