Ouch - the previous owner didn't paint the steering wheel red did they?

      Nice work so far!

        Jesus.

        I was figuring for 127k you'd get a cleaner E30 than that. Most expensive non-M E30 I've ever seen.

Is this now a "previous owner mishap" thread?

My car had a plastic chrome "M Power" emblem glued to the ashtray lid, a roll hoop bolted to the floorpan, "M" roundel on trunk, eBay racing seats, limousine tinted windows, stickers, etc. And those are just the aesthetic mishaps.

ooh yeah heres a cool bit, i have to unlock and lock the car from the passenger side because he broke the ignition switch and somehow took the tumbler out of the driver side door to replace the ignition

and the old is lip it had was duct taped on, which explains why i ran it over on the freeway and had to buy a new one (mounted properly this time)

I think I remember this car. Outrageous stereo setup too?

Thankfully neither! I remember pics of either from here or Craigslist.
