    My '84 with euro bumps:

So much FIRE right here. Thank you for straightening me out. As an '02 guy/squarie euro bumper converter i can't believe i am saying this but i prefer the e30 in plastics! (+ late model rear valence). No end caps = so clean i want to scratch my eyes out!!

Respect to the euros though, especially when the caps 'disappear' into a nice dark color.

Plus my 88 early-taillight is a vert so it's plastics or cabrio-specific euros right? If so i'm gonna go ahead and pass on trying to source that $#*%

The only thing specific to late model cabriolet and chrome bumpers is the end caps. They can be bought new from your dealer or ecs tuning for around $100 for the pair

Edit: looks like they're nla now actually

Anyone else try the '87 valence on a non diving board car? This is the only car I can find

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

sorry for resurrecting an ancient thread, but I reeeely want to do this to my '87 es at some point. Anyone know if I can use the original front clip or would I have to find a replacement? We're talking years away, but I can still dream!

Just another bump to this ancient thread. I wound up putting euro bumpers on my car back in 2015.

What a great looking car. Just love the early chassis with the Euro bumpers - well done.

fiveightandten - I'm sure it is long gone but sell me that cowcatcher if you still have it laying around.
