    IDM was a pleasure to converse via pm with. As a seller he properly addressed all of my questions in an intelligent fashion and addressed my offer which was lower than he was looking to sell for in a courteous way explaining exactly why his asking price was what it was. Allthough I ended up not buying an item from him I would not hesitate to do business in the future.

    So I was going to let sleeping dogs lie since FedEx was having website issues Saturday night that were resolved Sunday but since you decided to be a prick with your response, I am going to let you have it.

    First off, here is a screen shot to verify what I am detailing below:



    I paid on Saturday (July 4) of last weekend- a holiday weekend- and you replied that you'd ship Monday (July 6). Your location lists Georgia and I live in WV...a fairly standard 2-3 day FedEx trip.

    After not hearing from you for 4 days I requested tracking on Wednesday July 8th via PM. Then I sent a second PM 24 hours later again requesting tracking. You replied several hours later (24+ hours after my initial request for tracking) that it went out Tuesday. Okay, fine, you got busy and it did not ship Monday. Stuff happens.

    You stated (on Thursday the 9th) that you'd PM tracking info.

    On the 10th I sent you an "Okay" PM as a gentle reminder to send tracking. Nothing. I thought that if it shipped on Tuesday the 7th it would arrive on the 10th, but nothing arrived.

    I sent ANOTHER PM on the 11th requesting tracking. You replied 7 hours later with a number that would not track on the FedEx website. By this time it was 11 PM and I was on the couch watching a movie so I tracked from my phone. FedEx Mobile did not give a service error message- just a message that the number was not found.

    I replied that it woudl not track and you told me that the site was down.

    I re-tracked it on Sunday the 12th and it finally tracked.



    SHOCKING! You lied.

    You said that it shipped Tuesday but you did not even generate a shipping label until Wednesday. Then you dragged ass dropping it off, tendering it very late Wednesday- after the last pickup. So effectively the package did not ship out until Thursday.

    ALL that you had to do was to either ship it as promised (in which case it would have ARRIVED before I even requested tracking) or to have sent tracking when you generated the label. I can handle delays- life happens. but to blatantly lie about when it shipped? Inexcusable.

    Like I said, I was going to let it go until you posted your smart ass reply above. I hope it was worth the satisfaction that you got from hitting "submit" in a lame attempt to defend yourself.
