Resistance of the barometric pressure sensor

Hey guys, i had a barometric pressure sensor on my 1987 325e and the cover was missing so i decided to buy a used in working condition one, my question is what should the resistance be? i'm 40-50 feet above sea level here in new jersey, my old sensor was reading 1.800k while the new/used one was reading .800 does anyone know what the resistance should be? here is the part number 13621286679

also i measured the resistance between pin 1 and 2

i also heard somewhere that once the cover falls of it loses its vacuum and it doesn't work anymore, anyone know if this is true?

Old sensor i tried to glue a plastic bag too

I've searched and found nothing on this. My '87 came with it but was unplugged and looks like it's been unplugged for 10 years before I got this car.

I've just deleted it. My flawed theory is, at or near sea level there isn't anything required of the dme to adjust the fuel trim. You and I may run too rich above 8000 feet though, I don't plan on going anywhere near the Rockies.

After hacking my ECU (1990 325i) I noticed the table for my barometric sensor was the same across the board. I don't believe it was set to actually do anything stock.

Im at sea level and I just got 1.850. The vacuum is inside the bellows so the plastic cover just keeps dust out. The thing is supposed to adjust your AFR to compensate for thinner air at altitude. I doubt that it cares if you are 40-50 up
