Who knows enough to identify Mazda Rx7 parts?

    Hey guys-

Long story short- my father just purchased a house to flip that came with a nice 8 car garage that used to be used as a shop. The PO used to work with Mazda R/D back in the day and left a TON of parts stashed away in all the nooks and crannys of the garage. Some cool stuff- dashes, clusters, seats that look like Recaro's but I don't think they ever made them as OEM.

But I'm having a hard time figuring out what the stuff really is. I'll get more pics of the stuff up shortly- but I'm looking for some guidance- as none of this stuff has ANY part numbers on them! Only some Japanese characters on some stickers and what not.

Anyone have some knowledge of the Rx7 platform (FB/FC)?

Here is a rear bumper I pulled out this AM. Can't match it up from Googling around....

If anything that looks like an early FC, but again it doesn't look like RX7. Does it have dual exhaust cutouts?

Also in for other FC parts.

I raced an FB for a few years in Chumpcar - swapped it from a 12A to a 13B when another driver overheated it and blew out all the seals. There's a fairly large rotary community up here in the PNW. I can see about forwarding what you got to them..

Well well well..don't be so quick to judge.

This is just a fraction of what I was able to dig around with today....NLS in original mazda packaging interior pieces, brand new seals...Steering wheels with absolutely ZERO markings or letters, have no idea what it can even be for.

Then luck would have it I followed the RX7 stash into yet another side of the attic with even more stuff.....Austin Healey, MGB, Jag....just from what I could see. Super cluttered. Need to go through and take everything down and figure out what we are working with. The pictures below don't do it justice as the one pic of the crawlspace is about 10% of stuff. Just a few sets of the seats- full sets....I'm way overwhelmed....will post more later this week when I can bare the super hot and filthy crawlspace.

Help. We haven't even scratched the surface....I can honesty say we only were able to clear out about 10% of the entire attic. All RX7 FB parts from what I can tell so far...along with a random MG bumper.

Over the next few weeks, we are going to start cleaning this stuff out and organizing it down at my garage where I have the space. Selling everything- I don't have any interest (at least as of this very second) in going down the mazda route. Man, I wish this guy got into BMW's instead......

Anyway- please- if you know of someone seriously interested in this stuff, let me know. Located in Northeastern PA. Going to join a bunch of Rotary and RX7 groups once we start organizing.....I'm overwhelmed.

Definitely mostly FB parts there. Came here to comment on the bumper but was beat to it. Also, I miss my 7's :/

Shifting through the massive amounts of stuff left behind. Started taking a few pictures to get posting them to ebay...just scratching the surface of the 10 30gallon totes I have taking up space in my garage. I'll be posting more pictures to this album as the time comes getting ready to spend a day posting to ebay. If you know any FB guys- send them my way. Ryan Klug on Facebook or klug.ryan@gmail.com

Take these amazing seat upholstery guys for example- most stuff is still sealed in original packaging.

Found the gem of the treasure- beautiful '67 GTO seats in amazing condition. They go for about $1k in rough condition and original condition anywhere up to $2300 on ebay. Did someone say LIFT FUND?! :)

Starting to tackle the giant mess I have on my hands. The mazda part number system makes absolutely no sense. Was starting to post a bunch to ebay, but its going to take me forever to get through. Anyone have any recommendations for active FB RX7 forums or FB groups? It's really hard being a BMW guy and trying to figure out even a starting price for some stuff. Like brand spanking new seat belts, in a whole range of OEM colors...I don't even know how much I'd charge e30 guys for a set if they existed...

BTW- figure I'd give you guys a game to play. Let's guess the part and where it's from. Here are two headlights I can't quite figure out exactly they are from. Late-50's Ford is what I can tell by Google. The only part number on them is "FSB 59"
