i have always been a huge lover of recaro seats. about once a week, i do an internet search and have seen lots of amazing seats over the last several months. i thought it would be cool to make a thread of these beauties that everyone can contribute to.

this is my set:



i also have this single. the reason i am always doing my search is because i have been looking for a match to this one. my plan is to make a black leather pair to put on my e30 recaro set in the first pic. i suppose i also need another black leather headrest.




so....post up your recaro seats or seats you see on the internet and love. preferably seats that are more or less period correct for an e30. heck, go ahead and post pictures of recaro seats that you are looking for as well. maybe this can be a thread to help each other out.

here is a set i saw today on baltimore craigslist. someone is going to get a really good deal. the going rate for a set in this shape is 800+


Pair of Recaro seats from BMW E20 - $150 (Baltimore)

I pulled these from a 1983 BMW 320is. Drivers side needs reupholstered but passenger side is in good shape. I've seen reupholster kits on Ebay for $179 for the pair.

damn it! i remember that thread from a long time ago. i just searched for it and came up zeros.

Recaro LS-B Seats

For sale are 3 Recaro LSB seats. I was saving these for a project but I don't think that will be happening anytime soon. All 3 seats have great foam and are very supportive. They are a little dirty from sitting in my garage but I know they will clean up nicely. 2 of the seats would need the fabric replaced at the knee bolster, My plan was to recover that section with some blue matching fabric. The other seat is pretty mint with the exception of a small tear the size of a dime. I'm asking $300 per seat for the ones that need the knee bolster repair and $400 for the one with the dime size tear.

i know old porsche recaro seat are rare and valuable but i can't believe these are actually worth this amount. i have seen a few sets of these for 6k.

Real deal Recaro Sports Seats for a 72-73 Porsche 911. These are complete, restored, with bases, ready to install now. These seats were restored by Autos International of Escondido in a correct 72-73 rough grain leather, they have not been put in a car or used since that time. Perfect condition, no funny stuff here, nothing is reproduction on these seats they are ALL original.

these are awesome for the price. not what i'm looking for, but hopefully one of you guys in florida will need these for your 2002 or perhaps e30.

Recaro seats - $150 (Pennfield)

Recaro seats have power recline,heaters, and the compressor for power lumbar but the lumbar bladders are gone. The headrest have built in speakers. Wires were cut by previous owner. These seats need to be recovered or restored or use for parts. Just returned to me from the upholstery shop they were at for the last year that has closed their doors.
