    S54 coil pack harness question

I removed everything on my S54 to clean and paint it.

I discovered that a small box on the coil pack harness is fried.

What is the purpose of this box and can I only change it or I need a new harness? There's no part number on Realoem and the number on i is not complete.

I search and didn't find anything.

      Oh thank you !

I found the function of it:

''While the by-product of the ignition spark is high frequency RF at the harness, the "P" lead circuit is a potential source for low frequency (1 Mhz and below) interference. It should be shielded to prevent low frequency (AM band) radio interference caused by voltage fluctuations within the coil's primary circuit.''

Now I need to find if it can be replaced and by what.

Is someone kind enough to tell me the complete part number on it ?

Edit: if I'm correct it's for interferences in the radio system. I don't have any radio in my E30 so it's useless for me.

It likely isn't available as an individual part. I probably wouldn't worry about it or see if a M52tu/M54/etc has something similar you could grab from a salvage yard.
