What would be the reason for a DOT R panel but no.accident reported? I really want that M3 with a red interior!

Only explanation I have it was a bolt on and paint repair. There is no sign of any inner fender repair or paint work under the hood. Bottom line is I dont know for sure. Very nice car.
A tip: the combo pack of wire brushes from Autozone combined w/a little sweat effort gets rid of the corrosion and rust on the engine bits. Mine was way worse when I got it out of the crate years back. Really fine sandpaper for 'BMW M Power' letters too.
