HI I'm new here car is a "87"325i vert and I'm driving along and shifted from second to third and nothing now I'm in neutral. So I try to shift back to second and nothing still not engaged in a gear. So I coast into a parking lot tryed reverse it was VERY hard to get in but it did then Itryed first and I'm still in reverse second and so on ... checked linkage bushings are ok not the greatest lots of slop now I'm thinking shift forks got it out of reverse eventually when the car is off and someone is workin the shifter its going in and out of gear please any advice is appreciated
