Go with the DKM hands down. You will have much better luck over on bimmerforums F/I section as it is much more active. There is a 18 page thread that has been ongoing about clutches. Mostly related to UUC and some issues with their twin disk, but the DKM just recently popped up and has been the new favorite. Go with it and don't look back.

I was leaning towards DKM too. Only thing that scared me a bit was it doesn't say how much power the clutch can hold

Seems like massive overkill for 600ftlbs (even more so if you meant 600hp). At that sort of price, I'd probably just go for a tilton setup:
                BMW clutch-flywheel assemblies provide 20 to 23 pounds of weight-loss compared to stock 36.6-lb E46, E36, Z4 & Z3 assemblies.

Guys in the mid 600s for torque are running this with no issues. Get it and don't look back. Price point is right on par with the twin disk market if not a little cheaper than UUC/clutchmasters etc. Call maxpsi and try and work yourself like 10% off. Then thank me later
