Just got my 88 325is a week ago. Super excited to start bring it back to road legal. I have no idea how to change the side marker bulbs out.

Carefully pry the sidemarkers out with a flathead screw driver and medium pressure. One of the sides has an indentation for this. Then twist 90 degrees counterclockwise to remove the bulb socket then you can pull the wedge bulb and replace it."I'd probably take the E30 M3 in this case just because I love that little car, and how tanky that inline 6 is." - thecj
