Help deciding what to recover seats with

I will be ordering a kit to recover my seats in the next week or so.

What I am trying to decide upon is what route to take with this.
Here are the options I am considering:

1) Plain black leather kit from leatherseats.com and keep it all original looking. - Approx $800

2) Custom kit from leatherseats.com with some perforated black leather in the centre and some nice contrast red french stitching.- Approx $900

3) Kit from Stitched (not sure if he has a vert rear bench pattern though) with the black cloth and black vinyl bolsters - Price unknown

4) Mtech cloth inserts with black vinyl bolsters. - Approx $1200

I would go with leather over vinyl any day. I had mine done by ninestitch (when he was still doing them) in cloth b/c it was the same price as vinyl.

But black leather is murderous in a convertible on a hot summer day.. go with a lighter color like tan or white
