    Need hitch and ball

    Does anyone have a ball and hitch that bolts to the back of an E30 for borrow/rent/sale?

    I've got the older style, metal bumpers in the rear and I need to move a 7ft acrylic tank and stand from Los Angeles to Irvine tonight...or any night I can do it since I'm running out of time.

    My buddy was supposed to help me with his truck, but now I'm not hearing from him...hmmm!

    So if you've got a hitch or even a pickup truck, I'd appreciate working something out because I've already bought the tank.

    I've got a tow hitch, haha.

    Is this thing on a trailer or what?

      I was hoping you'd step in here ;)

      No, it's not on a trailer, but I was thinking of renting one from U-haul. They're only like $20. Here's a picture of what I'll be moving...


      It's not heavy at all, and I've got guys to help with the move.

      I'm picking it up in North Hollywood. How far is that from you?

        It would really make more sense to find somebody with a truck. [Or maybe just rent a U-Haul pickup truck?!]

          Yeah, it's over $100 to rent a truck and then + mileage.
          Or a one-way rental, which is more money but with 100 miles.

          The worst part is I need to take care of this, and since one of my buddy's said he was going to help I didn't reserve a uhaul, regardless of the cost. So I need something soon...
