Front Brakes Locking when car is turned on.

So, I've been having some issues with my braking system. After replacing several parts; Master Cylinder, Brake Booster(944 brake booster), Brake Rotors and rebuilding all my calipers, for some reason the front brakes on my car keep locking up. I've done crazy amounts of searching on the forums, which lead to replace all these parts and I'm still having the same issue. Before I go and replace my brake lines, it'd be nice to have your guys input on the issue.
I've adjusted my booster to make sure it wasn't the issue and my calipers still lock up.
Help me out here, I just really want to get back on the road.
Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it.
Before I forget I have a 1991 318i. Brake Booster is off a 944 Porsche and my Master Cylinder is a Girling, not the ATE.

When you say they are locking up, is that every time you hit the brakes? Or do you mean they just won't release after letting off pedal?

    Explain exactly what is happening.

ok try this, while the brakes are locked up, remove the vacuum hose from the booster, then try to turn the wheels. if that works then your booster isn't releasing pressure.

if that's the case, either your booster isn't good, the push rod is too long, or your brake switch is pushed in too much. the brake pedal has to go back all the way to release the pressure. hope that helps!
