    Engine Harness and Wiring question

My track car project has been stalled for some time now.

I'm thinking of going back to a stock M20 engine, just to get the car moving (while possibly doing a proper m20 rebuild).
The car's interior wiring is pretty gutted but I have an engine harnesses and stock ecu that are unmolested.

What is the minimum wiring/switches/relays that I need to have connected via the C101 to the engine harness for the engine to fire and run (not worried about emissions)?

Not much. I'd start with a wiring diagram, and go from there.

Everything? The only "emissions equipment" on your car should be the evap solenoid and that doesn't go through C101. You can go without the oil and coolant level sensors which do go through C101.

There aren't that many pins on c101- maybe 12 or so are populated?
