                  What an odd valve cover. I'm sure it could be done.

                  My biggest fear is if this is the only one you have, and the potential for a CNC mishap to ruin it. Do you have a separate core you could send for us to attempt the work just in case? I would hate to ruin your only valve cover.

                      I have a few of them right now, the one pictured has a crack on it thats covered in JB-weld.

                              A solution might be to cnc it on an aluminum round the same size as the rondell. Cut out the rondell with a hole saw. Tig new piece in from the rear. That way It will still be the same height as the groves if you are keeping them.

                                I would buy one in the correct font saying "BMW M Technic" Same for 2 pairs of handles.

                                Its pretty close to standard Helvetica font. Just not as spaced out.
