I need help trying to find this noise out!!

Okay so I have a 1985 325e bone stock! The only issues I've had till now really are my power steering is shot and my fuel pump is going! But just recently I found a new problem! There is a loud grinding noise when I get to anywhere between 2500-3000rpms it doesn't matter what gear and only does it sometimes when the car is parked! After the car is running then it will do it but if the car gets turned off then back on it won't! Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Sorry if this is a repeat question I've searched high and low in the forums to find nothing!

Here's a video of the noise to help! And again thanks guys!!

A problem that occurs at a specific engine speeds regardless of gear, and especially it it happens when the car is stationary, will be from the engine. Obvious suspects are any of the belt driven accessories or the timing belt/tensioner.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
