Made some progress today. Everything went fairly smooth other than the subframe bushings being seized in the body. I want with the 5/8" bolt method to bash the subframe free. Next up is actually taking care of the bushings.

Thanks German asshole for putting an aluminum collar into a steel body!

Ok got all the suspension stuff done for the most part. IE sent me the wrong end links for my rear sway bar so waiting on those but other than that it just needs an alignment and the rear brakes bled.

Did you end up sussing your creep issues?

Just read through your thread, and was surprised about the boost creep you are having as all others running the manifold have not reported any boost control issues.

The manifold is designed for a 44mm WG, choking it down to 38mm can certainly cause boost creep.

When you removed the WG to perform the test did you remove the 38mm WG adapter also ?

Hey man thanks for the concern. Love the manifold, top notch quality.

I did remove the adaptor when I did that test which leads me to believe it's purely an ignition timing issue. I STILL haven't had the car professionally dyno tuned so the timing is very conservative which I understand can cause boost creep. For now I have the rev limiter set at 6500 which keeps the boost right at 10psi until way up in the rev range where it creeps to about 14. Not a big deal and it actually feels awesome.

In other news, I attended my first drift event last weekend in Pittsburgh. Tons of fun and the car felt great. I ran some old sumitomos I bought from a sketchy tire store that worked great.

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

                    Hey guys,

So the car has been running great for a few seasons now, it has destroyed many tires.

The FX Stage 3 clutch started slipping on me at the end of last season so the powertrain is back out of the car to replace that along with that stupid leaking headgasket.

Also my 20G now has a ton of shaft play so I need to look into that...
