Sway Bar Advice Needed

I am needing some advice on what sway bars I should run. I have been looking at the ST 22mm front and 19 mm rear sway bar kit.

Details on the car:
S52 swap
H&R Race springs w/ Bilstein Sport shocks
80a polyurethane rear subframe, rear trailing arm, differential and front control arm (centered) bushings
Adjustable rear subframe

I am going to do a mix of street driving, autocross and occasional track days with the car. More street driving and autocross than anything.

So, R3V, what do you say? What size sway bars should I run?

For heavy autocross use I'd recommend 25/19 (IE will do it via special order). ST's are ok, but if you are doing it right, you are using the IE setup. 22/19 is fine. Just depends on your driving style.
