Something that really should be clarified is how you post an entire car you are parting or a "garage clean out" with say half dozen or more parts.

Do you really want people posting multiple ads and conceivably filling up an entire page ?

Hey everyone! My name is Brian, Panjo's Head of Community. James asked that we address some of the concerns that have been mentioned thus far.

Edit: I edited my listing on Panjo and left the "post to r3v" button checked. When I saved my changes it posted another thread in the FS section. I foresee lots of double posts.
As a seller, when a secure, verified payment arrives, you get an email that asks if you want to accept funds or reject funds (high volume sellers can sign up for auto payouts). The buyer's information is all included in that email. If you would prefer not use the Panjo payment system, you can reject the funds and contact the buyer directly. If you decide to accept the funds, you receive the total minus fees instantly into your account. These fees go towards the leadership team at r3vlimited, your dedicated customer support/resolution team via email/phone, and expenses related to operating the community. We also recently implemented machine learning fraud detection and prevention to the marketplace.

With that being said, listing is free in the marketplace. Additionally, members members have access to all of the messaging tools, offer systems, rewards program, and more without making a contribution to the community marketplace.

With regards to the duplicate thread issue you and a few others have reported, we are currently looking into it with our QA team and hope to resolve this ASAP. We haven't been able to reproduce this yet on our end, but if you have additional insight for the steps you took for that to happen, please shoot us an email at support@panjo.com.

You can just create one listing for this. Publish your listing, hit 'Edit Listing' and increase your quantity for your listing to the number of parts you are looking to sell. Make sure 'Accepting Best Offers' is checked so that people are able to send you a custom payment for each part. They will be able to include in the note what item they are looking to purchase. As a reminder, you can always reject a sale if you are unable to sell the part at a given price.

I hope this was able to clear up most of the confusion. As always, if there are things we can do to improve your marketplace experience, shoot us an email (support@panjo.com) or give us a call, we love hearing from you! You can also email me directly at brian.lee@panjo.com and let me know how we're doing.

      - Brian

You should add a prompt or something to alert a user of this. Nothing that I saw indicated I needed to link accounts when I clicked "New Thread" on r3vlimited.

Thanks for making the thread for me.

So our Panjo account is supposed to ultimately link with out r3v account? What if you used a different name on Panjo, does that matter? When signing up for Panjo I used the user name I would actually prefer to now on r3v if changing it here is ever a thing.

It's not automatic. Once logged in to Panjo, you need to link it to this forum and tell it your username here.

As for changing your username on this forum, you'll need to PM Jason.

Not a fan of this decision.

looks like im not posting WTB / FS threads

funding of the site isnt a bad idea but why not make a monthly subscription based exclusive area (that includes its own marketplace )? have the money ran as a donation to the forum.

I could recommend a forum not related to e30 that has a easier system than this; that also makes good money doing it the way they do it and has a great user review system. Users dont want to jump through hoops to sell something, if you do the work then the answer is yes i dont mind the system (as in if you pre set up all users and all i have to do is enter my current forum name and current forum password to log in), if you make me do extra work to sell a $10 part, mehh... ill throw it away

Not really in the mood to set up with another random forum / website thing (?) to post a FS / WTB.

I was wondering why there arent that many FS threads anymore. (LOL, I found the reason )

you might have done what the fine brothers did with their react vids. (look it up)

                Panjo

I have used Panjo in the past with little success. It is not as user friendly as the old nuts and bolts listing technique. But it is better than nothing.

I do agree that this forum should get more financial support from it's users and especially those that use the for sale feature (like me), but I am not happy at supporting a corporation like Panjo. They are going to be no different than the butt holes at Ebay or Paypal. They could careless about our community or our passion for one of the greatest cars made. It's all about the money for them.

One of the main reasons I go on R3V several times a day is to see if I can pick up anything cool or needed from the FS posts and I see that changing because there will be fewer of them. The other forums that use Panjo has lame FS/WTB areas and Panjo is a big reason why.

                Just my honest opinion

Seems like a lot of unknowns to push this onto the forum so quickly. Not interested in this at all. No one else needs my CC info, especially some unknown services that takes a fee.

I have used Panjo a few times and it has been a horrible experience every time.

I have connected your forum account to your marketplace account. I have also generated a thread for you here: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=389526. Now that your accounts are connected, every time you create a listing in the marketplace, a thread will be automatically generated for you.

having the same issue with linking the accounts.

you guys really need to integrate BB code. It's super annoying to have to go back and forth. I normally snap pics with my phone and upload them directly to flickr and then grab the bb code to post on various forums.

Would you mind PM'ing me the email address associated with your Panjo marketplace account? I'll take care of linking your accounts for you.

With regards to the BB code, whenever you create a listing in the marketplace, there is also a shareable BB code that is automatically generated that you can use to post all the contents of the listing into other forums. All you have to do is visit your own listing while logged in and there will be a sharing header section available to you with shareable tools such as BB code, Facebook, email, Reddit, and Twitter.
