WTB E30 M42 318i/is SoCal

As the title states, I'm looking for an M42 powered 318i/is, manual. 4 or 2 door, stock or modified. Good paint and a clean body, I can deal with mechanical/interior issues if there are any. I'm looking for anything under 4k, so show me what you got! Thanks.

Edit: IF anyone has a 325i/is, 5 speed, I'll also consider it. Preferably plastic bumpered, but considering all cars.

Here are a few E30's with M42 motors I found for sale in So Cal in a quick Craigslist search, last one is a M20 that may interest you. Good luck in your search and make sure to ask the seller when they last changed the timing belt tensioner. AMHIK, I destroyed my M42 in my 91 318i at 129K when the timing belt tensioner failed.
