Interior idea - opinions / ideas welcome
My E30 has pretty much stock interior. Except for the steering wheel, seats, gear knob, pedals, gauge cluster... Well, dash and console is stock. I thought it wolud be a cool idea to get rid of center console and attach gear / handbrake boots straight to the carpet under the console. I also consider adding some aluminium "triangles" or bars to link the dash with the tunnel (kind of like in Audi TT). Maybe something nice to replace the carpet on the tunnel...
Anyway, I'd like to hear some suggestions. One more thing - it's not a track car - that's purely for show

Some of the Pro3 guys have the window switches where the blanks go (Up by the hazzard buttons.)
If you did that and then made a piece of ABS plastic to hid the heater box, it would look pretty cool, Sorta like an older Lancia Zigado |

That's not a problem - My windows have cranks. Glad you like the idea. It'll take me some time to get things done, but once I do - I'll post the pics.

I got stuck with the exhaust (barely got the car ready for x-mas), and now other priorities came up. Also it's damn cold outside, so spring/summer i think.
But the idea lives on.

Mtripple did this on his old car. It looked really good, and I'm considering doing the same. But I think to do it right, you'd have to replace the carpet like he did.
I believe that car is in the hands of Ben Carufel now.
