    Stalls after warming up?

89 325ix, auto, 267k miles, new plugs, cap/rotor, when first starting car, will rev to limit if pushing VERY slowly and easily on accelerator. If push too quickly, revs back down, doesn't follow the pedal (tps most likely) Once warmed up though, any revving at all will stall the car out.

    1. Run car to temp at idle.
    2. Push on accelerator slowly to about 3k, car stalls out and dies - pushing on accelerator changes nothing.

Oxygen sensor? Anything else? Just odd that it happens once warm...

Check/replace TPS first. Also sounds like maybe fuel starvation. check/replace fuel filter. Could also be a defective gas cap not allowing air in to replace the volume removed by gasoline, but that's something I usually see on musclecars after a few hard runs...

      Parts replaced (day one)
      -AFM
      -3 relays (main/fuel/?)
      -Spark plug wires
      -ECM
      -TPS/throttle body
      -Oxygen sensor
-Fuel pump (was replaced recently by PO)
-Fuel filter (was replaced recently by PO)
      -Spark plugs (PO recent)

      Parts replaced today:
-Spark plugs (swap current platinums for Bosch Supers - gaps were all over the board - some at .46, some not at all...)
-Cap/rotor - current cap had HUGE cracks in the housing.
      -Coolant temp sensor
      -Fuel injection sensor
-Thermostat, gasket, housing gasket, bleeder screw
-Fuel filter - current sounds like it has ice in it? Lots of loose rattly sounds. No bueno, felt like this may be my solution...no dice.
-Checked (new) fuel pump - can hear it working, but may be cutting out - will check for voltage during running/when cutting out tomorrow.
-Both load relays in fuse box
-Checked injector harness connector under throttle body - seems tight, not much corrosion, etc. Secured.
-TPS check again - unplugged, still stalls out, aside from idle issues no love.
-IAC - when unplugged with vehicle running, nothing happens, when plugged back in, idle adjusts a bit, but doesn't seem to be performing as well as I think it should. I grabbed one off my other car to try it out.
-Fuel pressure regulator - swapped with known good, changed nothing.

I need this car done by FRI. I have no idea what to do next. Plans tomorrow are swap the CPS, test fuel pressure at the fuel rail inlet, watch voltage at fuel pump...uh...then burn the damn thing.

I'm missing something, I know it...help me, please...

Clogged cat - will cut out/straight pipe

        PROBLEM SOLVED

Replaced recently installed by PO Bosch fuel pump, put old one back in, tested, works as designed.

Drained, flushed, and refilled tank. Turns out there was some sort of crap in the tank and the pump was sucking it up, burning itself out. Swapped the pump, fresh gas, all good. Once we drove it around for a few hours, we cut the clogged cat, which helped as well. Needs a valve adjustment badly, but aside from that, this is one strong M20!
