I think it will but I know the back piece under the seat wont fit.
Im not 100% sure so I would look around.

Just to let you know, I had Sean ship me a carpet from Idaho a couple years back. He just folded it up and stuffed it in a big ass box, you can actually get it folded down pretty good. Will probably still run about $50 or so, maybe less, but it's not as bad as people usually think.

I checked Realoem.com and it says it will fit, Part numbers do match.
The only piece that will not fit is the piece that does under the back seat.
Realoem.com still list it for 103.00 from the dealer.

Yea I was ale to ship my cabrio carpet and springs in the same box. Wasn't too bad, but I do believe the box was considered oversize per UPS. I used a box from one of my kids outside toys. Maybe wait till after xmas and drive around town and see if any kids got some big as toys and put the boxes out for trash.
