FS: trunk mounted auxilary gas tank

Hey guys, I have an odd e30 part for sale, its a trunk mounted auxiliary gas tank. Holds 15L IIRC. Was taken out of a Euro-spec M3. I am willing to ship, but buyer pays for shipping costs and materials. I am looking to get 300 USD OBO. Any interest PM me.

The hartge tanks are different but served the same function. Hartge's was a flat 2" high alu tank.

Unfortunately I do not. The rubber hose thats on the tank was connected a T that was manufactured on the side of the normal filler neck for these cars. It would be fairly straightforward to weld a pipe onto your existing filler neck. Then just just pop a hole in your trunk and mount it up. I would recommend a grommet or something of the sort for the edge so it won't cut into the hose.

Hey, look what I found while trying to find some info on how to mount this thing!!! I guess I got a good deal on this today. Thanks for finding the piping! I've been cleaning it up and it looks like it's in really good shape. Even the grommet is in great shape. Should be a cool mod for the 318is once I weld in some mounting tabs.

            Thanks again!
