We have come to a growth point that we just can't execute.

I've already received a few PM's to this regard...
It is not a negative thing at all. A lot of people got a lot of REALLY COOL parts, a few people got some cool swaps. It is a bit of a bummer, but the jump to the next step is a massive one, and while it is feasible, it would leave me at extreme risk. I would like to do it again sometime, it is definitely a passion of mine.
