WTT: My IE 25/22mm sways for your IE 22/19mm sways

I've come to the conclusion that these swaybars are just too much for the convertible chassis to handle and way overkill for a street car. I'd like to bring 'em down a notch to the 22/19 set. So if anyone has an IE kit in that size and wants to upgrade, I'll trade straight across as they are priced the same new from IE.

What springs are you running with your sway kit?? Do you want to trade them because yours are to stiff in the rear? I have heard of people running just a 25mm in the front and a stock one in the rear and they love how it rides and handles..

The car is on H&R sports right now, and the balance seems very good between the 25 and 22 mm bars (I've spent some time adjusting them and the links). I've thought about going to H&R race to get it lower, but I have my doubts about the chassis being able to stand up to that much dynamic force for long. Eventually it will begin to loosen up and become jello.

I've also heard of people doing the 25/stock setup, or the 25/19 setup too. Still, I'd like to do 22/19 if possible. If not, maybe I can get a big stock rear bar. Is it the iX and M3 that came with the biggest rear bars?

Argh, and I just had my sways sitting around before putting them on the car. I have ST Sways 22/19. I am out of town right now, but if anything, hit me up with a PM and we can work something out.

I have a cabby front bar and m3 rear with spherical endlinks. I could be interested in trading both or just the rear. Let me know.

I replaced EVERYTHING in my entire setup all bushigs and that whole shebang, and coulsnt get thoes fuckers on.

lube and elbow grease... I used tire bead lube (because it was handy at the time) push down and wiggle it back and fourth. obviously it is easier with the sway bar OFF the car... I can't imagine trying to do it installed.

i also have a spare set of cabbie 21mm front sway / m3 14.5 rear. if you can't find anything to work out better for you, i would be willing to make the trade and throw you a bit of cash to make it work. is the ride really that harsh? i still want to try it. i have an extra set of the above that i can switch back to if it turns out i'm not happy.

the mz3 i parted had a 23 or 24 in the front and a 19 in the rear. now i am starting to wonder if i can put the e36/7 bar on the front of my ix?
