Full moon is the 20th. How about Thursday the 20th through Sunday the 23rd? My schedule is very flexible so any weekend of any month is good for me.

Important Information!


Where do I sign up?

What to Bring
- Tent (each campsite is required to pitch 1 tent - Per Park Rules)
- Fire wood (you cannot chop down any trees in the park)
- 2 Way Radio (Not a suggestion, last time we lost two cars and left one car broken on a side of the road, because cell phones don't work well in the mountains)
- Food & Drinks (These guys eat like kings, plan accordingly)
- $14 per campsite per night (up to 2 tents per campsite)
- Plenty of Gas Money
- Bug Repellent (Off!)
- Flashlight and Batteries
- Plastic Tarp (or you may end up soaking wet)
- Your License and Proof of Insurance & Registration

Additional Information

If we get there before the crowd there a loop in the center with level sites big enough for our group. The sites are a little smaller than Look Rock but the bathrooms are right next door. The nearest store/restaurant/etc. we know of is 25 miles away ; take heed McMuffin Boys. We will need to be pretty much self-contained on this one. The road going in is fairly new so Google and others try to route you up a NPS fire road, not for E30's; don't go there. The road in is 18 miles from US 441 (Cherokee, NC) up the Blue Ridge Parkway; there are signs.

Maybe. We have to fix it first. The fuel pump shit itself at the campground RIGHT before leaving. It made it home but has now potentially died completely :(
