Dederic Motorsports Complete Bolt-on Turbo System

    Price:Production Temporarily Halted

    e30 m20b25 Promotional Bolt-On Turbo Kits

This is a complete turbo kit, minus the exhaust. It bolts on. It fits.

This turbo kit features a fully programmable Engine Management System (based on Microsquirt EMS) that replaces the OEM Motronic unit, which in turn provides quicker throttle response and more power than any stock ECU, piggy-backed or not. There’s no fooling the stock computer, no noisy fuel pumps, or no fuel pressure regulators straining your stock fuel system. Stainless downpipes and aluminum intake tube joints are TIG welded in house.

This kit utilizes a medium front mounted intercooler, and removes the stock AFM converting from an Air-Mass system to Speed-Density type engine management. Boost pressure is set at 8psi. Aux fan is replaced with a smaller unit and AC is retained. Some minor chassis clearancing is required for intake tubing. Lifetime warranty on all fabricated parts (exhaust and intake tubing, all welds), 1 year warranty on all mechanical parts (turbochargers, BOV/bypass valves, wastegates, intercoolers, brackets and adapters), and 6 month warranty on all electronic parts (injectors, EMS units, wideband controllers). We will repair or replace any defective items at our discretion.

This kit comes with a base tune, tuned for all components included in this kit and this kit only. Any changes to the kit components will require a retune. Expect about 90-110 whp and 100-120 wtq increase at the default 8psi setting using 91 octane. These are realistic figures based on many dyno tuning sessions on various m20b25s.

Recommended Components (not included, but available for purchase): ARP Head Studs ($215) and MLS Head gasket ($220).

    Main Features:
    • Stainless Steel Tubular Turbo Manifold Adapter
    • Fully Programmable EMS
    • High flow fuel injectors
    • Front mount intercooler
    • Bypass/Recirc Valve
    • E30 Specific LC-1 Wideband O2
    • T3, GT3582 Turbocharger
    • Externally Wastegated
    • 3" Stainless Mandrel Bent Downpipe
    • V-Band Exhaust Flanges
    • 8psi Default, All other pressures available for +$30
    • Complete Bolt-On kit

I'll now be including a set of 12.9 non-stretch headbolts with each turbo kit and instructions on how to properly install them.

Availability: Made to order, 4 week production time.
Total Price: $3000+Tax (sales in CA) and S&H

    UPDATE
: Took some photos for you guys last night...

Products may change and vary as we are continuously updating parts to ensure the reliability of all components. The photos do not show an entire kit, just the main features :) enjoy.

the first few plots was the car running no turbo, on stock everything. The big one was after the turbo install and some tuning. Notice how much smoother the car ran.

This is our exhaust that works with our kit. 3" stainless mandrel bends, tig welded, with vbands.
$650 straight pipe (base exhaust), Mufflers, resonators, and catalysts are extra (Market Price). Mounts to stock hangers.

Shown below is $890, W/ magnaflow muffler and additional vbands. Mounts to stock hangers.

Shipping is $75 to lower 48.

I need to start looking for another platform, cause I really like the sound of this. I would be all up on this, but I'm still not 100% with my 2.8m20 build.

I guessing that you have a eta? this is even better. when you put an i head on you have a 2.7 turbo stroker. that means more power with a eta then a is. were talking around 330whp. thats if you have 15 psi and do every thing right.

Custom kit I had done by Derek @ DMS, of course with a few upgraded options.

And here is his exhaust work as well.
