A correction needs to be made in the above ad. The timing chain tensioner, not timing belt was changed in the car. To add, the interior needs black door panels. I have the original tan cloth door cards and drivers seat if you like. You can have them with the sale. I have the rear black vinyl door cards and top/bottom rear seats. They also come with the sale. Went to check it out with my buddy. The car is in great shape mechanically and runs strong but like the OP says, it does need some cosmetic work. More than my friend was willing to take on at the moment.

It should sell fairly quick (if it hasn't already). The seller (Gary) is a cool dude too and wasn't BSing, which is always a plus.
