E28 Mtech 1 Spoiler - Western WA

Hey I recently picked up this E28 Mtech boot spoiler, and I have no need for it. I polished it today, and it looks great! Though the rubber needs some love, considering it is 26 years old.. The paint is calypso red, and in fair condition, but whoever buys this will likely sand and repsray it. Also the screws are in good condition, and I have purchased new washers for them since taking these pictures.

I am saving for my first E30! Only need $600 more

To mount you will just need to purchase some foam (probably a 1/4" thick and 3/4" wide) to run along the edge so you dont scratch your trunklid. As I stated above, brand new unopened threadlocking screws and washers are included.

SHIPPING: I will package it up and stuff plenty of paper and such to protect. I was quoted $17.17 to have it shipped to San Diego (no particular reason I chose San Diego) UPS Ground.

Hey thanks. Yeah Im just saving for my E30 :) Yes pics are very important. I might get around to sanding the foam... but that just means new pics :(

Well Ill need your city. My reccomendation, is to get one shipped off eBay.de down to your neck of the woods. Because I live all the way on the west coast of the US. Shipping from Germany would def. be cheaper and they show up on there all the time.

Edge Pics for those who wanted them, they are worse quality but...

On the one with the edge pushed in or whatever, that is factory spec and is on each end. The foam is indented in also following to the edge of the fiberglass, as seen in picture. The white stuff along the edge is along roughly 80% of the spoiler's edge, Im am not sure what it is.

I am also very sure this is calypso, as it is DEFIANTLY not zinnoberot.

Im purchasing new screws today for it, so some of the mounting hardware will be included.
