Well, I had a crazy quarter in school the past few months, taking calculus, physics, and chemistry all at the same time left no time for the e30. Summer is in and I'm not taking any classes so the wrenching has resumed! Don't know when it will be done because I've decided to work full-time over summer and my friend's schedule is also limited due to work, but I'm hoping to get it done before I begin school again in September.
Got the solid shifter welded up: ![]() ![]() My motor/tranny is not solid mounted, but polyurethane. However a friend ran this set-up with no problems. I decided to just give the solid shifter a shot and if it does pop out of gears then I'll simply buy another stock set-up. |

Wrecks happen so fast, you are never expecting it. Glad you are OK!!! I recently re-built my E46 front end after rear ending an VW... 3 weeks after fresh paint, I smashed it again (worse then the first time). Not even a scratch on me. I drive more carefully now, just wish I would have learned my lesson earlier. On the flip side, It allowed me to get into an E30 so, its not all bad! Saving up for a replacement E46 sedan shell now.

Lol sorry haven't been active on the forum at all, I got the car running. I drove it around the block a few times just fine but it definitely needs an alignment and a smog check. I have absolutely no time for the car due to school. I'm considering selling it.
