Clutch and flywheel compatibility question

I am in need of a clutch and flywheel for my m52b28 out of a 98' 328 and ZF trans out of a 98' 328 and have sourced a few ebay sachs combos in the 400's.

However I have found a seller motivated to sell and brand new Sachs clutch and dual mass flywheel for a 94 m50 for pennies on the dollar and I wondered if anyone knew if these would work for the motor trans setup that I have. I know that the differences from the m50 and m52 and likely not different enough to warrant different parts but you never know thanks...
