Hey R3V how do my starter wires look?

I have the cable from the alt and the battery on the big post and two smaller wires on the small post. I have epic starter nightmares on the Eta so I really dont want to chance it on this car so if anyone could confirm that these look good that would be great! Thanks guys!

Is that an m20b25 starter? Looks like it's missing a terminal.

OMG thank you for posting this thread. Did you run the big wire from the bat terminal on the firewall to the starter? looks like you have.

Yes I have two cables on the big terminal. One from the alt and the other from the battery connection on the passenger firewall.

These are the two non eta starters I have. Which one should I use?

One on the left is what i used. The 2 little ground wires on the e36 harness hook to the left and right stud, and they're the exact same size. As in left stud is smaller there's a smaller wire there.

these are the oens i'm having trouble with

The middle wire especially, it comes off the passenger side battery post. I think the thick red one goes to the starter and the thinner red one is ignored. I just don't want to fry my ecu

Well im pretty sure that the first two go to the big post. Where is the third one coming from?

The e36 harness. First 2 go to the top post ont he starter? So it's suppose to have 3 wires goin there, the alternator big thick red and black one?

The starter on the left is the one i used, its hard to get the harness starter wires wrong since usually the ring terminals on them match the size of each lug.

Red - Power direct from power junction block (firewall)

This picture should be put in the sticky. Seems to get asked a lot.
