Thanks for looking fella's. Need the dough as my car (below) needs new suspension..

Up for sale is 100% fun in the snow and a great car to drive all year round. This 1989 BMW 325iX has 165,000 miles on it and is riding on a good set of Conti's. I am a BMW Fanatic, and am selling this classic, only out of the unavailability of time to work on it (I hate seeing it sit....and if not sold, may start driving to work in the winter to save the wear and tear on my ZHP). The car runs and drives great, but has a steering leak (will at some point need new steering rack), and will need new fuel sending unit (gas gage does not work-just reset mileage at fill up). My son has driven this car to school for the past year and has absolutely loved it. He put a new stereo in it, and I still have oem one that will be included with sale. No low ball offers, but don't hesitate to contact. If I don't sell, I will just keep and restore as time permits. Thanks for taking the time to look...
HISTORY
I purchased this car in May of 2010. My son had just gotten his license and really wanted it for prom. So...me being the dad I am,,,lol....I bought for him. This car was sold to me by a BMW Tech (works at Casey BMW) named Adam, and this was his daily driver up until he sold it to me. He indicated that he would drive the car to ski mountain 4-5 times a year and would pass all other four wheel drive vehicles on the way up to the top. Anyways...I had asked him what maintenance he had done....and he wrote me an email that I will dig up for those with serious inquiries. I have no official service records. I knew going into this I would need to work on this car, and I love doing it...but I just don't have time, and I hate to see the car sit. Alex (the BMW Tech) indicated to me that he had just changed out timing belt, and I purchased a new timing belt and tensioner, that is ready to go in, when it gets to around 20k mark since purchase. I replaced windshield washer switch, I redyed the interior (black), installed new BMW mats, new stereo, and I had planned to do brake kit, coilovers and fix the ac over the next couple of years, along with getting it painted. Yes rust in usual spots but there is very little of it...seriously (Small spot on rear bumper, and small area at bottom of drivers door - both non visible from outside....or really inside). Contis are in super condition, and oh yeah...I purchased used inst cluster for it to fix gas gage and tach. It fixed tac, but the gas gage needs a new sending unit (90 bux). All parts (Other inst cluster, tensioner, timimng belt, oem stereo) I have for the car would go with the car....and honest to God, My son drove the car all day today (8/25)....to golf, to his gf's, so just be clear car does run good. That's all I got for now and if I think of more...I will update ad.
Ad............And all info...........

Moar (all) Pics and video here.......
And...OBTW...as of this minute...the first $2k (Originally posted for $2500.00) cash takes it home.
I hate to get rid of it....but wifey wants it gone.....
I know what this car is....and I absolutely wanted to keep it. Beautiful example of a BMW classic.
Thanks again for looking.
