selling my 91 318is slicktop with 220k on the body and 90k on the drivetrain. ok lets start with what I've done to the car-
I recently did the timing chain tensioner, low pan gasket along with re torqing the upper pan bolts. there was no plastic or metal in the oilpan at all! I also did the mess under the intake mod; so it has all new vacuum lines and a new intake boot. this motor runs very strong.
brakes were done 10k ago and the clutch was done when the drivetrain was swapped. I also put in new akg rsm's. it has hella h4 low beams and yellow highs from a merc.
crack free dash also. the sport seats are both in decent condition. drivers side has one rip in the leg bolster and a small hole in the back of the seat
passenger seat has one small hole in the back of it also. the back seat is in great condition.
as for rust or rot, there's non that i know of. I repaired the battery box and the two corners of the floorboard that everyone thinks are jackpoints...
stuff that the car needs: it needs new suspension, bushings, shocks, ect.
shifter needs to be rebuilt. i will include the parts needs. this includes akg delrin shifter bushings.
new carpet. po cut it for some reason?
drivers side window trim.
reverse light switch. other then that I don't know what else the car really needs.
and a lip.
I should also mention that for some wild reason..I'm still trying to figure this out...the car was originaly brillantrot..the po painted it army green with a camo hood and is spoiler.
I'm probably going to regret selling this but I don't have the money to make this car what it should be and i'd rather see it go to someone who has the time, place and money to make it proper. it's honestly a good car that could be made better. deffinatly a clean body for a new england car.

I'll take more pictures tommorow of the interior and the rest of the car. also I have the sidemarkers in now, too.
