It's almost ready! by CondorSpeedShop, on Flickr

    -----------------------------------------------------

    OK Guys,
I'm Creating a 2011 E30 Calendar.... I know there is another calendar group buy going on on the other forum, but this one will be different.
First of all the quality of this will be great. It will be printed on thick stock, and the paper will be coated. I'm designing every aspect of the calendar, so it wont look like your usual run of the mill calendars.

    PHOTOGRAPHY
Needless to say, all cars in the calendar will be e30's. I'm hoping to get a lot of interest so we can get a nice calendar out there. Here is where this calendar will be different from the others, NO FULL CAR SHOTS, all photographs in the calendar need to be cropped tightly (samples below). Close up shots of e30s or e30 related material. The photographs in concept below are not necessarily final. Please send me images close to 2400 × 3300 or larger.

    SUBMISSION
Please send 300DPI 8"x10" high resolution photographs of your cars to be considered for the calendar to powersteeringdeletes at gmail dot com.
    2 entry's per person.

    COST
Because of the quality, I'm estimating that calendars will be available for about $18-20 shipped. Good quality paper, printed on a press, not a photocopy machine.

I'll post more info as I get it. Please post in this thread with any questions & once you send your entry photos.
    thanks
    -carlos

Nice. I thought the e30tech calendar had a big lack on submissions. Everyone that submitted picked a month and only a few months had more than one submission to vote on.

Why only non full car shots?

I'll definitely buy one if they get finished soon enough.

Just an idea: I know tons of people are probably going to want to be in the calendar somewhere, so maybe on the back cover you could do a collage or just a couple on one page or something like that?
